Terms and Conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and Master Game Win Interactive Private Limited ("Master Game Win", "we") for use of the Master Game app and mastergamewin.com. By installing the app or opening an account you accept them. In short: be an adult in a permitted state, play fairly, keep your account to yourself, and read the limits before you sit.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, resident in India, and not located in a state where the game you choose is prohibited. The app determines your state at sign-up and on each deposit and hides restricted games. One account per person; accounts are personal and cannot be transferred. Our employees, contractors and their immediate families may not play for real money.

2. Your account

You are responsible for everything done on your account and for keeping your phone, OTPs and UPI PIN private. Give us accurate details and update them if they change. We may suspend an account for suspected fraud, collusion, multiple accounts, automation or a mismatch between your KYC and payment details, and hold related funds while we investigate.

3. Deposits, withdrawals and fees

Deposits are in Indian rupees by UPI or net banking; the minimum amount and the GST included are shown before you confirm. Withdrawals require completed KYC and go only to a UPI ID or bank account in your own name. Platform fees on Teen Patti and Rummy are shown on each table card before you join; the house edge on Slots and Crash is printed on each game's info screen. We may ask for additional documents for large or unusual transactions.

4. Fair play

Results are decided by a certified random number generator and, where relevant, by players' decisions. Chip dumping, sharing cards or screens, playing with another person's account, bots, scripts, VPNs used to disguise your state, and exploiting bugs are prohibited. Disconnections are handled as described on each game's page. Every hand, deal, spin and round is stored for 90 days and may be reviewed by the fairness team.

5. Promotions

Bonus chips are credited under the conditions shown in the app before you accept an offer, including the release rate and expiry date. Bonus chips cannot be withdrawn directly and are used after cash at the table. One reward of each type per person, household, device and UPI ID. We may remove a reward and related winnings where it was obtained through multiple accounts, self-referral or other misuse, and we may change or end an offer for new claims at any time. Offers already accepted keep their original terms.

6. Refunds and cancellations

Unused deposits stay in your wallet and can be withdrawn after KYC without a fee. Stakes in completed hands, deals, spins or rounds are not refundable. If a game is interrupted by a fault on our side, stakes in that round are returned automatically; if your own connection drops, the disconnection rules on the game page apply. A withdrawal can be cancelled until it shows as Processing.

7. Taxes

Under section 194BA of the Income-tax Act, 1961, tax is deducted at 30% on net winnings from online games when you withdraw and at the end of each financial year. Deductions appear in Wallet › History and a Form 16A certificate is issued each quarter. GST on deposits is included in the amount shown before you pay. You remain responsible for your own tax return.

8. Responsible gaming

Deposit limits, loss limits, stake ceilings, reminders, breaks and self-exclusion are available in Profile › Play Limits and described on the Responsible Gaming page. We may restrict an account if we reasonably believe the holder is under 18, playing from a restricted state or at risk of harm, and we may decline a deposit for the same reasons.

9. Dormant accounts

An account with no sign-in for 12 months becomes dormant. We notify you by SMS and email 30 days before. Dormant accounts are charged ₹50 a month or the remaining balance, whichever is lower, until you sign in again or the balance reaches zero. KYC-verified balances can be withdrawn at any time before that.

10. Disputes

Raise a dispute about a hand, round, deposit or withdrawal within 30 days through in-app chat or [email protected], quoting the table or round ID. We reply within 48 hours and give a final decision within 30 days; you may then escalate to the grievance officer, Devika Rathore, at [email protected]. These terms are governed by Indian law and the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Suspension, closure and liability

You may close your account at any time after withdrawing your balance. We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, chargebacks or a legal requirement, and hold funds for up to 90 days during an investigation; lawful balances are paid out when it ends. Our liability for any claim is limited to your wallet balance at the time of the event, except where Indian law does not allow such a limit. We are not liable for losses caused by your device, network or a third-party payment provider.

12. Intellectual property and changes

Master Game Win, Master Game, the game names, the logo and the app content belong to Master Game Win Interactive Private Limited. You may not copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the APK. We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app and by SMS 14 days before they apply. If you do not accept them, withdraw your balance and close your account before that date.
