Account and sign-in

How do I create a Master Game account?

Install the APK, tap Sign up, enter your mobile number and the six-digit OTP, confirm you are 18 or older and choose your state. The whole process takes about a minute. KYC is only needed before your first withdrawal.

The OTP never arrives

Wait 60 seconds and tap Resend. Make sure the SIM is active and that transactional SMS is not blocked. If it still fails, open in-app chat from the sign-in screen and share your number.

Can I log in on two phones?

You can sign in on any Android phone, but only one session is active at a time. Logging in on a new device ends the session on the old one.

How do I close my account?

Withdraw your balance, then write to [email protected] from your registered number. Closure is confirmed within 48 hours and KYC records are kept only for the period the law requires.

APK and updates

Why is Master Game not on Google Play?

Google Play does not list real-money card games in India, so Master Game is distributed as a signed APK from this site only. Listings under the Master Game name on any app store or APK site are not ours.

How do I update the app?

The app shows a banner when a new build is out. Download the latest APK from the Mobile App page and install it over the existing one; nothing in your account changes.

Which phones can run it?

Any phone on Android 5.0 or newer. For smooth tables we recommend 3 GB of RAM and a 4G or Wi-Fi connection. The app does not run on iPhone.

Deposits, withdrawals and KYC

How do I add money?

Wallet › Add Cash, pick an amount, then pay with any UPI app or net banking. The minimum deposit and the GST included are shown before you confirm.

What does KYC need?

Your PAN and one government photo ID such as Aadhaar, passport or driving licence, uploaded in Profile › KYC. Most checks finish within 24 hours. The name on your UPI ID or bank account must match your KYC.

My deposit has not shown up

UPI deposits normally appear within two minutes. If your bank has debited the money and the wallet has not updated after 30 minutes, send the UPI reference number through in-app chat.

How long do withdrawals take?

UPI: usually within a few hours. Bank transfer: one to two working days. The expected time is shown before you confirm, and you can cancel a withdrawal until it reads Processing.

Safety and fair play

Will Master Game ever ask for my OTP?

Never. Nobody at Master Game Win will call you or ask for an OTP, password, UPI PIN or a payment on any channel. Report anyone who does to [email protected].

How do I report a suspicious player?

Open Game history, tap the hand or round, then Report. The fairness team reviews the full table record and replies in chat within 48 hours.

How do I limit how much I play?

Profile › Play Limits has daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps, a daily loss limit, session reminders, and breaks from 24 hours to six months.

Before You Write In

  • Check the answers above; most sign-in, KYC and payout questions are covered.
  • Have your registered number ready, and for a game dispute the table or round ID from Game history.
  • For a late withdrawal, wait for the time the wallet showed: UPI a few hours, bank one to two working days.
  • Send one message and wait for the reply; repeat messages move you down the queue.
