Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Master Game Win Interactive Private Limited ("Master Game Win", "we") collects when you use mastergamewin.com and the Master Game app, why we collect it, who sees it and the choices you have. It is written to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it. The data fiduciary is Master Game Win Interactive Private Limited, 3rd Floor, Plot 12, Malviya Nagar Industrial Area, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302017, India.

1. What we collect

• Account data. Mobile number, display name, state of residence, date of birth confirmation and a device identifier, collected at sign-up.
• KYC data. PAN, one government photo ID (Aadhaar, passport, voter ID or driving licence) and the name on your bank or UPI account, collected before your first withdrawal and stored encrypted.
• Transaction data. Deposits, withdrawals, UPI references, bonus-chip movements, game stakes and results, and the 90-day game history.
• Device and usage data. App version, Android version, crash reports, IP address and approximate location derived from it, and session times.
• Website analytics. Page views and events on mastergamewin.com, collected only after you accept the cookie banner.
• Support data. Chat and email messages, screenshots you send and the notes our agents add.

2. Why we use it

To open and run your account, deal the games and settle results; to process deposits and withdrawals; to verify identity, age and state as the law and our licences require; to detect fraud, collusion, bots and multiple accounts; to answer support requests and handle grievances; to deduct and report tax; to apply the play limits you set; and, only with consent, to measure how this website is used. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising on other platforms.

3. Legal basis

Most processing is necessary to provide the service you signed up for or to meet a legal obligation, such as KYC, tax deduction and record-keeping. Website analytics and promotional messages rely on consent, which you can withdraw at any time without affecting your account.

4. Who we share it with

Payment processors for UPI and bank transfers, a KYC verification provider, cloud hosting located in India, an SMS gateway for OTPs, a crash-reporting service, and government authorities, courts or law enforcement where the law requires it. Each processor is bound by contract to use the data only to provide its service to us and to delete it when the contract ends. We never share your data with other players beyond your display name and table actions.

5. How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account is open. After closure, transaction, KYC and game records are kept for the period required by Indian tax, anti-money-laundering and gaming rules, currently eight years, and then deleted. Support messages are kept for two years. Website analytics data is kept for 14 months. Crash reports are kept for 90 days.

6. Security

Data travels over TLS and KYC documents are encrypted at rest with keys held separately from the data. Access inside the company is limited to the compliance, support and engineering staff who need it, each with their own login and audit trail. We test the app and servers for vulnerabilities before every release. If a breach affects your data we will inform you and the Data Protection Board within the time the law sets.

7. Your rights

You can see the data we hold about you, correct it, ask us to erase it once the legal retention period has passed, withdraw analytics or marketing consent, and nominate a person to exercise these rights if you are unable to. Use Profile › Privacy in the app or email [email protected] from your registered number. We respond within 30 days.

8. What we do not collect

The app does not read your contacts, SMS, call log, photos or files, and it does not run in the background to track your location. It asks for notification permission so that OTPs and withdrawal confirmations can be shown, and for storage permission only when you upload a KYC document. A copy of Master Game that asks for anything else has been modified and should be deleted.

9. Where data is stored

All personal data is stored on servers located in India. Backups are encrypted and kept in a second Indian region. No personal data is transferred outside India except where a payment partner's own compliance process requires it, in which case the transfer is covered by that partner's contract with us.

10. Cookies

mastergamewin.com uses one strictly necessary cookie to remember your consent choice. Analytics cookies are set only after you click Accept on the banner, and you can change your mind from the link in the footer. The app itself does not use cookies.

11. Children

Master Game is for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger; if we learn that an account belongs to a minor it is closed, deposits are returned to the source account and the data is deleted except where the law requires us to keep a record of the closure.

12. Changes and grievances

We may update this policy and will announce material changes in the app and by SMS 14 days before they apply.
