Master Rummy APK – 13-Card Indian Rummy App
Version 1.0 · 92 MB · Android 5.0 or newer · Install guide & SHA-256
Master Rummy is the 13-card Indian Rummy game in the Master Game app, dealt from two decks with printed jokers and a wild joker drawn each deal. You pick, you discard, and you race to arrange all thirteen cards into sequences and sets before anyone else declares. Of the four Master Game titles it rewards skill the most: remembering what has been discarded, reading what an opponent picks up, and knowing when to drop are worth more than the cards you are dealt. Points, Pool and Deals Rummy are all here, with two-seat and six-seat tables, stakes from ₹0.05 a point and a 30-second turn clock that keeps every deal moving.

How to Play Master Rummy
- Each player gets 13 cards. One card is turned face up to start the discard pile and a wild joker rank is drawn.
- On your turn, draw one card from the closed deck or the open discard pile, then discard one.
- To declare you need at least two sequences, one of them pure (no joker). Every other card must sit in a sequence or a set.
- A sequence is three or more consecutive cards of one suit; a set is three or four cards of the same rank in different suits.
- Place your last discard on the finish slot and declare. A wrong declaration costs the full 80 points.
Melds and deadwood
| Pure sequence | Needed to declare. No jokers, for example 5♣ 6♣ 7♣. |
|---|---|
| Impure sequence | A sequence that uses one or more jokers. |
| Set | Three or four cards of one rank in different suits. |
| Deadwood | Unmatched cards. Their face values count against you when someone else declares. |
Master Rummy Variants
Points Rummy
One deal. Each point has a rupee value and the winner collects the sum of everyone's deadwood points.
Pool Rummy (101 / 201)
Several deals. Players are out once their running total reaches 101 or 201 points.
Deals Rummy
A fixed two or three deals played for chips rather than points. Most chips at the end wins.
Rummy tips from the six-seat tables
- Make the pure sequence first. Until you have it, every other card in your hand is a liability.
- Throw away high cards you cannot use early. A lone king costs 10 points the moment someone declares.
- Watch what opponents take from the open pile; it tells you which sequence they are building.
- Drop on the first turn if you hold no joker and no near-sequence. The first-drop penalty is small next to 80 points.
Tables, Stakes and Timers
Every variant runs on two-seat and six-seat tables. Points Rummy tables are listed by point value from ₹0.05 to ₹5, so a ₹0.10 table can cost at most ₹8 on a full 80-point loss. Pool and Deals tables print their entry fee on the lobby card. Each table has a 30-second turn clock with three extra-time allowances per game; a player who disconnects is auto-played for two turns and then dropped with the mid-game penalty. The platform fee comes out of the winning pot only and is shown on the table card before you sit.
How Fairness Works
Both decks are shuffled by the certified random number generator for every deal, and the wild joker is drawn from the same shuffle rather than chosen afterwards. Every hand is kept for 90 days and can be replayed card by card from the history tab. A disputed declaration is checked by the fairness team against that record and the outcome is sent to both players in the app.
Common Mistakes
- Holding a near-sequence for too many turns. If the card you need has been discarded twice, break the group and rebuild.
- Slipping a joker into your only sequence. That makes it impure, and a hand without a pure sequence cannot declare.
- Ignoring deadwood. Three unmatched low cards cost less than one unmatched king, so shed picture cards first.
- Declaring without checking the highlights. The app marks invalid groups in red before you confirm.
Master Rummy Glossary
- Drop
- Leaving a deal instead of playing it out: 20 points before your first pick, 40 afterwards, always below the 80-point maximum.
- Wild joker
- The rank drawn at the start of a deal. All four cards of that rank act as jokers alongside the printed ones.
- Meld
- A valid sequence or set laid down at declaration. Thirteen cards need at least four melds.
- Deadwood
- Cards outside any meld. Picture cards and aces count 10 each.
- Show
- Placing the final discard on the finish slot and presenting the hand for checking.
